Beginning in 2014, Jon and Meggan began their careers in Construction and Real Estate with one of the most prominent energy efficient builders in Seattle during an economic housing boom. Surrounded by talent, they started absorbing the industry and making friends with individuals who valued improving Seattle’s ecological sustainability and affordability without sacrificing design. Throughout the decade, they observed the housing industry become unaffordable and every new home lacking quality and personality. They understood the issue stemmed from developers prioritizing profits and sacrificing the betterment of its beautiful city and its residence. Fast forward to 2025, with tenacity they’ve assembled all-star team consisting of individuals that share the same value and supporters of the vision of a better Seattle.
